Real Healing After Betrayal Requires Specialized Support

Sex addiction, intimate betrayal, and the relational impact of ADHD are complex issues that often require more than general therapy. Healing requires a clinician who understands the layered dynamics of trauma, secrecy, attachment injury, and relational repair.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with advanced certifications in sex addiction treatment, betrayal trauma recovery, ADHD-informed therapy, and Brainspotting, I provide structured, trauma-informed therapy for individuals and couples navigating these challenges.

My work integrates evidence-based approaches that address both the psychological and nervous system impact of betrayal, helping clients move from crisis and confusion toward stability, clarity, and reconnection.

Areas of Specialization

Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT)

I work with individuals struggling with compulsive sexual behavior. Treatment focuses on accountability, recovery structure, and rebuilding integrity within relationships.

Betrayal Trauma Recovery (CCPS)

Partners who discover sexual betrayal often experience symptoms similar to PTSD. As a Certified Clinical Partner Specialist (CCPS), I provide therapy specifically designed to support betrayed partners in stabilizing, processing trauma, and reclaiming their sense of safety and agency.

ADHD Management

Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder can significantly impact communication, emotional regulation, and relationship stability. As an ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP), I help individuals and couples understand how ADHD affects recovery, impulse control, and relational patterns.

Brainspotting Practitioner (BSP)

Brainspotting is a powerful brain-body therapy that helps process trauma stored in the nervous system. This modality can be especially effective for clients working through betrayal trauma, shame, and deeply held emotional blocks that traditional talk therapy alone may not fully resolve.

Therapy vs Coaching

In addition to therapy, I also offer specialized coaching through Kaizen Perspective Coaching for individuals and couples who are further along in recovery and looking for structured support in sustaining growth and deepening intimacy.
Therapy focuses on clinical treatment and trauma processing, while coaching is designed to support continued progress and accountability beyond the therapy room.  Both services are virtual only.
